If you’re not happy with an item, you can return it for a refund or exchange up to 14 days upon receipt as per the policy below.
Returns allowed up to 14 days upon receipt. Please email cs@brainstreamsupport.com for a return authorization (RA). Returns must be in original packaging with all labels still attached. Customers will be responsible for the shipping fees on returns.
1. Ship the item with the RA number to us up to 14 days upon receipt.
2. After your return is received in our warehouse, it can take up to 7 business days to be processed. Once your refund is issued, we will send you an email to let you know your return has been completed.
Some important details:
• You’re responsible for return shipping charges. (Please note we can’t accept C.O.D packages.) We do not provide a return shipping label. You can use any carrier you’d like.
• The initial shipping cost are non-refundable.
• Protect yourself by using an insured and trackable shipping method. Remember to record your tracking number.
Timing
Upon receipt of your return it can take up to 7 business days for it to be inspected and processed. Once refunded it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your credit company. If you requested an exchange, once it ships it will be delivered in approximately 6 business days.
